About Me
Dr. Lisa Taylor (she/her) graduated magna cum laude from Princeton University in 1998, then went on to New York University for her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, graduating with a concentration in Developmental Psychology in 2004. She completed her internship and post-doctoral fellowship at Pennsylvania Hospital, which is part of the University of Pennsylvania Health System, in Philadelphia, PA.
Dr. Taylor has been in private practice in Bucks County since 2006. She was also an affiliate of the Growth Opportunity Center, a large nonprofit mental health agency in Montgomery County, PA, from 2006 to 2016. She currently has an office in Richboro, PA, and also sees clients via telehealth in all PSYPACT participating states.
Dr. Taylor has been married for 23 years and has a teenage daughter who recently started college, which has created a whole new chapter in the adventure of parenting. Dr. Taylor loves to read and collect books, and she hereby promises that she will also write a book of her own one of these days. She cries easily at commercials but is more frequently seen laughing, and she loves working with families and helping them remember how to laugh together too.
